When you order products through our secure web pages, we may collect credit card or other financial information.

If you are visiting our site to inquire about mortgage products, we may collect a significant amount of financial information, including all of the above and employment history, income, assets and liabilities, and other financial information based on your inquiry. MTIG does not make mortgage loans.)

How MTIG Uses Your Information.  MTIG uses the information you provide to service your information and product requests, provide updated information about products and services, and process payment for products or services.

If you are inquiring about a mortgage loan, we use the information provided to help you analyze your mortgage options and determine what type of mortgage and mortgage company may best suit your needs. With your permission, we may share this information with our mortgage partners who provide licensed mortgage services. If we share this information, we do so in digital encrypted form.

MTIG will not disclose any personal identifiable information to any affiliated or non-affiliated third parties, except when permitted by law and as outlined above.

When Permitted by Law.  MTIG may share personal identifiable information it collects with the following:

·         Any party with whom MTIG has your consent to share the information;

·         Any party with whom MTIG needs to share the information in order to provide the product or service you request;

·         Any party who works on behalf of MTIG to provide a product or service to you (unless MTIG informs you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personal identifiable information MTIG provides to them beyond what is necessary to assist MTIG); and

·     Any party as permitted or required by law, such as credit bureaus, government entities in response to subpoenas and other legal processes.

Security.  MTIG secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  MTIG secures the personal identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
