pSR (Point Search and Replace) allows you to perform global search and replace operations on multiple or single Point folders. It allows you to select conditions that filter the files so that you only perform the operation on the files you want to update. This works great for assigning files to new loan officers, reassigning files from loan officers that have terminated, updating company name and address for moves, etc. It is also very useful in updating masters, loan programs, and closing cost scenarios. Helps keep you in compliance as well.

pSR allows you to enter multiple selection criteria to determine which files you need to update. You can select from virtually any field that is stored in a Point file. Using logical operators, you specify which files you want changed. pSR then allows you to update one or more fields with the data you designate. Once you have entered your criteria, pSR goes to work, searching through each file in every Point directory you have selected. When it finds a file that fits your search criteria, the fields you designated are updated with the data you entered.

When a loan officer is terminated, their files must be assigned to a new loan officer. pSR can do this in one motion. Loan programs can change daily. Updating multiple loan programs is tedious and erro-prone. pSR can update your loan programs with minimal effort. Address changes are very tedious, especially when using auto address entry. pSL can update your company addresses across the board.
