| Michael Mitchell 
| Mr. Mitchell has been in the mortgage industry since 1979. Having worked in both wholesale and retail mortgage businesses, he has been involved as a loan officer, sales manager, branch manager, processor, and underwriter. He has a strong technology background and has authored several software programs for his industry. He has specialized in sub-prime lending, having worked for the earliest and largest sub-prime lenders. He has authored several articles and pamphlets. He currently serves as the branch manager for Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation in addition to several other pursuits in related fields. Michael has attended numerous seminars and courses including underwriting, appraisal analysis, self-employed income analysis, and other related courses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a certified instructor with the Utah Division of Real Estate. | | Back to Top | | | | |
| Continuing Education Credit Hours | The Utah State Division of Real Estate requires that licensed agents and brokers complete 12 hours of continuing education in each renewal cycle (every 2 years). Of these total hours, 6 must be from live sessions and 6 can be from passive courses. For a course to qualify, it must meet the approval of the Division of Real Estate. All of our courses marked with the symbol are approved courses with the Division of Real Estate.
